| A comprehensive refit was completed on this Adams 31 Cruiser in 2008. The owner�s bought Eloise in 2006, rebuilt her late 2007/2008 and then left Fremantle, Western Australia and cruised Indonesia to Thailand and back to Malaysia. Eloise is quick under sail, averaging 6 knots and very maneuverable. This yacht is Australian Ships Registered and equipped with all the latest electrical and navigation equipment and ready to keep on cruising. Considering that this is virtually a new yacht, the asking price of $58k is an absolute bargain. The owners are keen cruisers, and with a new baby on the way they are in need of a bigger yacht!
Eloise is a pocket cruiser with the lot, ready for more cruising around SE Asia. She has new rigging, main sail, boom bag, dodger, deck gear and ground tackle plus new NANNI 21hp engine (600hrs). Aft double cabin spacious for her size, saloon, galley, chart table and ample storage space. There are 2 Garmin GPS, one below and one in the cockpit helm station; new Furuno GPS, new VHF, new HF radio, new depth-sounder aries wind vane and wheel autopilot plus much more!!!.
